Spinach Salad

S p I n a c h   S a l a d

Ingredients  for 4  people

 1 kg spinach or mangold
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons roasted almonds, chopped up coarsely
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

     M e t h o d :

  •       Wash the spinach well several times and remove the hard stalks or use         pound of       frozen spinach.

    • Cut the spinach slightly and steam in a closed pan for ten minutes without water. Strain and allow to cool .

    • Squeeze the garlic clove over the spinach.

    • Place the spinach in a bowl together with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well. Taste, and allow to stand for about an hour.

    • Distribute the roasted almonds.
